Lava Elixir

Alkofrut Company was founded in 2024.
Its core vision and first-of-its-kind project is set to be a world pioneer: LAVA ELIXIR.

The recipe trials began in Yerevan in the 1980s. Over the years, a variety of fruits, berries, and leaves from different regions of Armenia (orchards, forests, and fields) were meticulously tested. Simultaneously, various ratios of raw materials were experimented with to craft the perfect Elixir, and a unique distillation technology was developed.
After 28 years of relentless experimentation, the finest Elixir was finally achieved in 2008.

In 2018, the founders of our organization had the privilege of tasting the Elixir for the first time, marveling at its smooth flavor and rich aroma.

As you may know, lava is born from the fiery heart of volcanic eruptions—a breathtakingly natural phenomenon, both majestic and alluring in its raw, untamed beauty.

In much the same way, the LAVA Elixir emerges from the “eruptions” of nature’s finest fruits and berries, unveiling a symphony of exquisite aromas and flavors crafted exclusively for you.
To create this masterpiece, we carefully select grapes, apples, peaches, apricots, and an array of luscious berries, each chosen for its unique character.
Every ingredient is lovingly prepared and transformed through a blend of time-honored techniques and innovative methods.
We craft delicate fruit-based distillates, vibrant fruit infusions, aromatic extracts from handpicked leaves, and rich macerations—each step a tribute to nature’s artistry.

The technology behind crafting the ELIXIR is a well-guarded secret, as it stands unparalleled in the world.
But here’s a little hint: to produce high-quality distilled spirits, a unique distillation technology has been developed. This method ensures that the fruit juice is never boiled at 100°C or higher. Instead, it is gently heated and distilled using a proprietary technique.
When fruits or berries undergo boiling, they lose their natural vitamins and beneficial properties. In our production process, the boiling stage is entirely eliminated, allowing us to create and produce the ELIXIR in a way that preserves its essence.

This is why this alcoholic beverage is called the ELIXIR.
It is a creation of individuality—not a brandy, cognac, whiskey, or any other well-known drink.
